Custom Profile Details
In addition to our standard profiles, we also produce custom extrusion profiles that have been specifically designed by our customers for their own products. Available in both custom aluminum extrusions and custom stainless steel extrusions.

Hard and Soft Alloys
At Coltwell Industries, we provide a comprehensive range of custom extrusions crafted from both hard and soft alloys. Our extensive selection includes:
- 1000 Series Alloys: Known for their excellent corrosion resistance and high thermal and electrical conductivity.

MINIATURE PROFILES
Coltwell Industries produces highly intricate miniature extrusions to the most exacting tolerance. While offering a variety of tight tolerance miniature extrusions in their standard shapes. Coltwell also has the ability to custom manufacture miniature shapes to meet customer’s specific requirements.
